Production and Quality Manager– UAE Beverage Industry
Looking back at my time at The University of Faisalabad, I recognize it as the Launchpad for
both my personal growth and professional journey. I graduated in 2015, but the values,
experiences, and leadership skills I developed during those years have stayed with me ever
since.
During my studies, I proudly served as the President of the Blood Donor Society, where I led
university-wide campaigns to raise awareness about voluntary blood donation. We organized
numerous donation drives, built strong partnerships with local hospitals, and created a reliable
network of student donors ready to act in emergencies. This experience not only shaped my
leadership and teamwork abilities but also ignited a lifelong commitment to service and social
responsibility.
Since graduation, I have built a successful career in the food and beverage industry, and
currently hold the position of Production and Quality Manager at a major bottled water factory in
the UAE. Over the past decade, I have overseen key departments including production, quality
assurance, maintenance, inventory, and logistics. I have also earned certifications in food
safety, quality systems, and hold both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications,
allowing me to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in every role I’ve held.
My journey from a passionate student leader to a senior industry professional is a testament to
the strong foundation laid by The University of Faisalabad. I am proud to carry the university’s
legacy with me, and I hope to inspire the next generation of students to lead with integrity, serve
with heart, and always strive for excellence.
