I completed my MBA from TUF in 2008, and I credit the University for shaping my professional journey. With the guidance of inspiring faculty like Madam Zahida Maqbool, who equipped us with essential digital and professional skills, I entered the workforce confidently. TUF didn’t just give me knowledge, it opened doors to my first and second jobs through referrals and strong training. From being one of only two women selected as MTO at the Bank of Punjab among 15,000 applicants, to becoming the first female in several key banking departments, I consistently broke barriers. Today, as a Senior Relationship Manager in SME banking, I’m known for empowering women and promoting entrepreneurship, while proudly representing AKBL. Alongside me is my husband, also a TUFIAN (MBA 2009), who built his business “Ali Enterprises” on the principles we learned at TUF. Together, we've balanced careers and family, raising three children and building a life rooted in hard work and shared values.
